Summer Learning at CARE

eslC.A.R.E. is offering for the first time a summer session of  English as a Second Language.    Classes are all ready full and will begin on July 9 – August 15, running for 6 weeks.

Want to practice your English? C.A.R.E. offers Summer English Conversation Groups which are open to all permanent residents (immigrant & refugees)  level 1 to 4 from July 16 – August 15 at 10:00 am – noon at the C.A.R.E. office.  Newcomer Reading Club will be held every Wednesday starting on July 17 – August 21 in the Waskasoo/Kiwanis Meeting Room at the downtown Library.  If you would like more information or to register, please call C.A.R.E. at 403.346.8818.

Join our group of immigrant women, Learning Together (Sewing) Group on Wednesdays in July and August from 12:30 pm – 3:30 pm for sewing, crafts, picnic and other activities.  Register before July 5 and get free fabric! Please contact Ruby at  403.346.8818 Ext 239 to register.
